Case 1

Agent: “Good morning, this is [_John_] calling from Zealver. I see you tried reaching our customer support. How may I assist you today?”

Member: We have received a missed call from your end.

Agent:  I will surely assist you with the same. Let me, just check who has called you before.

Check the number in Exotel if anyone has called this number before If someone has called this number. Ask the concern Dr. or person to call them back. Let the member know, our team or doctor will call them in sometime.

Agent:  Thank you for the hold; I have arranged the callback from the doctor or the concern person. Be rest assured you will receive a callback in short time.

Case 2

“Good morning, this is [_John_] calling from Zealver. I see you tried reaching our customer support. How may I assist you today?”

Member: We have received a notification that we are supposed to receive a call from your end.

Check in Medixcel to see if an appointment was scheduled for the member or if any internal team member had contacted the member for a doctor consultation. Ask the Doctor to call the member
